[Previous entry: "What I Did On My Holidays"] [Next entry: "Attention all prospective buyers"] Being too lazy to ride my bike to Claremont (all of about twenty minutes leisurely cycling), I got a lift with Mum and caught the bus home. Whilst waiting at the bus stop, I overheard a conversation between two girls who were probably about fifteen. Given that they were shopping in Claremont, and the topics of discussion, I'd hazard a guess that they were from fairly priviledged families, and probably went to an extremely expensive private school.

Anyway, about two minutes before my bus came, they started talking about how much money they'd pinched, filched, snooked and generally stolen from their fathers' wallets in coins.

"Once, I stole like thirty five dollars in coins, and he didn't notice a thing!"

Well. And to think, she'll probably end up running a large company. With attitudes like that, she'll do very well.
