<squimmy> in js, is the "var foo = 1, bar = 2;" form preferable to "var foo = 1; var bar = 2;"?
<sjy> I didn't even know you could do that
<squimmy> you sure can!
<squimmy> jslint is telling me to, either way. but i'm not sure if I should be taking programming advice from a program

<zanchey> I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. I built the UCC wireless infrastructure. I've seen access points on fire off dodgy OpenWRT builds. I've watched deauth packets glitter in the dark near the iOS clouds. There's no wireless system in the world that isn't held together with wet string and chewing gum, where all your packets will be lost, in time, like tears in rain.

< grahame> also according to this paper linked from wikipedia purslane helps with the strange mouth disease mum has caught
< grahame> hence the planting of it
< grahame> well, not caught
< grahame> (genetic, woo, more bad genes in the family)
< zarquin> ..
< grahame> wait, this study has 37 people
< grahame> surely that can't be enough to be useful
< zarquin> how rare is this disease?
< grahame> also it's in a journal that sounds like BS
< zarquin> that might be a large sample size? hmm
< zarquin> well, you can run your own study?
< grahame> it'll be interesting to try it though, unfindable probably horrible green vegie
<@Zanchey> n=1
< grahame> zarquin: n=1
< grahame> Zanchey: jinx :)
<@Zanchey> then you can publish!
* grahame laughs
< zarquin> :)
< grahame> in the New Grahame Journal of Medicine

<@Zanchey> hahaha
< grahame> it's actually funny, I bought the purslane seeds because I liked the name
< grahame> it's actually a coincidence that I had them
